Very disappointed. I requested an upgraded motor to allow heavy loads to be moved up a slope outside our warehouse but the engineers didn't bother to dampen the speed to make it usable as a walking stacker. So we have ended up with a stacker that is not fit for purpose as it moves too fast and is dangerous for an operator to use. The company were aware of this before shipping as the video demonstration only showed it moving in circles rather than a straight line and even then the operator was struggling to keep up with the speed.

Cart is nice and service is professional. We will buy again if we need.
